I don’t know how he does it, after entertaining fans all night long, playing an amazing show, burning up his guitar with his playing, then after the concert he walks up and down the stage shaking hands, signing autographs, posing for pictures, kissing people. I’m exhausted and my back hurts just watching him, up and down; it is something to watch; Willie making so many people so happy.
These fans flirted with Willie all night, throwing love up to him, and Willie tossing them out bandannas. It was a love fest.
For a Willie Nelson fan, there is nothing like waking up in Austin, Texas, looking forward to two Willie Nelson & Family Shows; it doesn’t get any better than that for New Years Eve.
If you can’t be here, tune in to Willie’s Road House on Sirius/XM Radio, and listen to the tributes to Ray Price and George Jones before midnight, then at the crack of midnight, Sirius/XM will broadcast the New Year’s Eve show live from the Austin City Live Moody Theater.
Tonight’s show won’t be broadcast, though. Sorry.
I’m not a fan of dressing up animals, or of posting pictures of animals dressed up, but there is something cute about a Willie Nelson bandanna on a dog, right?
