Willie Nelson to play at RFD.TV Theater Grand Opening March 28, 2007, in Branson

www.rfdtv.com has announced on their web site that Willie Nelson will play at the grand opening of their RFD.TV theater in Branson, Missouri on March 28, 2007.  Branson will be RFD.tv’s new home base, as they expand and continue to provide great country entertainment.

They will have two shows on March 28th, at 3:00 and 7:00.  The 3 p.m. show is the RFD-TV Revue, staring The Sons of Tennessee, Leroy Troy, and Penny Gilley.  In the second hour, Ralph Emery will interview Willie on his new weekly television show on RFD-TV.

At 7 p.m., Willie will perform in concert with sister Bobbie, and the rest of the family band.

The Sons of Tennessee:

America’s Riding and Singing Cowboys, “The Sons Of Tennessee,” one of this country’s most unique trios will be riding and singing their way onto the stage of RFD-TV The Theatre. Place three beautifully matched Palomino horses in the spotlights, on stage, with silver mounted saddles and bridles, add three brightly clad talented singers and musicians as riders; and you have an entertainment combination that is hard to beat.

Penny Gilley:

Known as the “Sweetheart of Country Music,” Penny is a true country classic singer. Her true love for our veterans and military men and women is apparent with every performance. Her hit “The Line Drawn In The Sand” was performed for the homecoming celebration of Desert Storm.

Leroy Troy:

From the hit TV show HEE HAW to the stage of RFD-TV The Theatre comes Leroy Troy. He is an instant crowd pleaser — holding them mesmerized with a flip of his banjo, turn of his hat, and his good ‘ol country humor.

Tickets to the show are $55 and $65, and can be purchased at their site at https://www.cobaltnm.com/rfd/cart/Theater/Order.asp?TID=3
