Kenny Chesney will perform at this year’s Farm Aid Concert in Hershey, PA, on September 22, 2012. Chesney performed at Farm Aid’s 25th concert in 2010.
“Growing up in a small town outside Knoxville, family farmers were a big part of our community,” says the Luttrell, Tenn., native. “I am proud to play on the Farm Aid stage again, especially in Central Pennsylvania, where agriculture is at the heart of the community.”
Chesney will join Farm Aid board members Willie Nelso, Neil Young, John Mellencamp and Dave Matthews, along with Jack Johnson, ALO, Peggi Young and the Survivors, and Lukas Nelson and Promise of the Real.
