Free Willie Nelson Concert in Montana (7/3/2007)

Thanks to an anonymous benefactor, country crooning legend Willie Nelson will be playing a free concert in Choteau July 3.The event organized by the Choteau Jaycees will give Teton County residents first shot at 3,000 of the 3,200 seats available in the rodeo arena.

Every adult who can present identification with a Teton County address will have their first chance to pick up four tickets at the Choteau High School lobby from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday May 12.

A second batch of 1,500 tickets will be offered to Teton County residents at the school from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16.

Tickets not taken by locals will be offered to the general public on Saturday, May 19, from 10 a.m. to noon at the school.

People can also enter a lottery by writing their name, address and phone number on a post card labeled ‘Willie Nelson Ticket Lottery,” and send it to the Choteau Jaycees, P.O. Box 274, Choteau, 59422. Two hundred tickets will be set aside for the lottery.
