It includes an easy-to-use chart that provides an overview of federal disaster assistance for farmers and describes in plain language the rules for programs such as FEMA assistance, federal crop insurance, USDA’s Non-Insured Crop Disaster Assistance Program, and Emergency Loans from USDA’s Farm Service Agency.
