Democracy Now is selling DVD’s of last night’s benefit concert starring Willie Nelson, Jackson Browne, Susan Sarandon, Danny Glover, Dick Gregory, and more.  Proceeds will Help Democracy Now remodel their new facilitities.

    MAN, i’d love to hear this. but i simply don’t have $50.00 for the dvd. :( gas and inflation has eaten up all my cash. but it sounds like a great show. just seeing willie and jackson browne together makes my heart smile. :)

    I had same thought! If I get it, I will share a copy with you. It’s a good cause, but for $50, I won’t mind sharing a copy with you. Is that so bad of me?

    I would have loved to see those guys together.

    i’ve always loved jackson browne. i wonder if they played songs together? the pic seems to indicate they did.

    I usually watch democracy now, in the a.m., but didn’t today; got caught up on CNN and politics. It would have been such a nice surprise to see Willie on there.

    if you download the mp3 of the democracy now show, there is some music on it, too. willie plays live in the studio and there are excerpt(s) from the concert the night before. really good stuff.
