Looks like a line up, ’round up the usual suspects’.

Texas Hill Country master of “Grit ‘N Groove” Ray Wylie Hubbard is joined by the original “Honky Tonk Hero” Billy Joe Shaver, Shooter Jennings, Lukas Nelson and Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Eric Burdon of the Animals for his third annual SXSW  special for SiriusXM Outlaw Country, recorded in the shed behind the home of  Texas Music Office ambassador Casey Monahan during the SXSW Music Festival in  Austin, TX.

The exclusive one-hour backyard pickin’ party features plenty of  casual conversation, Outlaw storytelling, acoustic performances of songs from  Hubbard’s new album Grifter’s Hymnal and an impromptu musical collaboration  between Nelson and Jennings, heirs to the legacy of their fathers Willie and  Waylon.
