It looks like the picnic is moving all-outside again, on the back 40.

This event is an out door festival that will be held in the North Forty (adjacent to Billy Bob’s).
General Admission $35 in Advance and $55 at the Gate, which includes admission to the Picnic and to Billy Bob’s all day 

VIP and Sky Box Tickets Available by Calling the Ticket Office 817-624-7117 

VIP Admission $110

• Access to 2 VIP tents and 1 Private Room inside Billy Bob’s where mixed drinks will be available for purchase.
• Drawings for autographed merchandise
• Other surprise giveaways throughout the day.
• Limited first come first serve seating.
• 400 max available. 

Sky Box Admission $250

• Access Sky Box in the middle of the festival grounds with 360 view.
• Private bar with premium drinks for purchase. Appetizers available throughout the day.
• Private rest rooms.
• Drawings for autographed merchandise (need to gather info for automatic entry and for contact reasons).
• Other surprise giveaways throughout the day.
• Access to all VIP tents/rooms included.
• Port-A-Cool Fans.
• Limited first come first serve seating.
• 250 max available. 
• Gates open 11:30AM- No Refunds or Exchanges
  17 & Under With Parent-18 With Valid ID

This event will be held outside Billy Bob’s Texas.
No audio or video recording devices.
No chairs – No umbrellas – No pets – No Coolers
