Willie Nelson will tour with Asleep at the Wheel, in support of their new album of classic western swing songs (hand-picked by the late Jerry Wexler), to be released in February 2009. These dates were on Willie’s schedule, however, his management company has announced these shows will be Willie and Asleep at the Wheel. Ray Benson said in an interview (see interview below), that they would be performing songs from their new album, in addition to Willie Nelson songs.
