Let’s look back at Willie’s year so far, shall we? The red-headed stranger got his own Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavor (Country Peach Cobbler) and announced a new record label in March (Pedernales Records); founded the Willie Nelson Peace Research Institute in April; hosted another Farm Aid; was honored for his work for Peace by the U of Texas; is scheduled to receive the BMI honor in November; continues to maintain an extensive tour schedule, and has also reportedly wrapped up work on his next album (tentatively titled I Traded my Stetson For an Ugly Plaid Hat), which features a cover of Ricky Martin’s Livin’ la Vida Loca and the Beatles’ Taxman.

So what’d you accomplish over the last 12 months?
