Willie Nelson has announced that his 40th annual Fourth of July picnic will be held at Billy Bob’s Texas.   Willie Nelson’s Fan Club Luck will start their  pre-sale  & VIP Packages ticket sale Tuesday @ 10:00 a.m.   Public ticket sales start 3/11.
