“The bus attracted the most attention of all the vehicles on display. Literally hundreds of curious visitors toured through the bus prior to the auction,” said Terry Lobzun a company spokesperson for Classic Car Productions – a privately held, Canadian-based, auction house who specialize in the acquisition, sale and appraisal of quality collector cars. The bus was sold to an unidentified Toronto area collector.

The 1986 Eagle shell, an Entertainer Sleeper Model (which began life as a 96″ wide, 40 feet long Model 10) was purchased from New Brownsville, Texas-based Eagle International Inc., and outfitted by Florida Coach, Inc. Nelson – a long time client of Jack Calhoun’s Florida Coach company – used the Eagle 1 bus for his US and Canadian tours until 1999 when he upgraded to a newly outfitted Prevost bus – again supplied by Florida Coach.
