Willie Nelson and family played a secret show at annual summer party held at the New Hampshire home of Bob Bahre, former owner of New Hampshire Motor Speedway earlier this month. The home is reported to have 29,000 feet of living space, with a 16-car attached garage — lots of room for a party.
No one knew who the guest was until a screen was lowered and the lucky few hundred guests in in the audience went wild when they saw it was Willie Nelson and Family.
Sworn to secrecy, Budrock, lighting director for Willie Nelson and Family, posted a few pictures, without revealing any secret details of the secret show, at www.willienelson.com.
Buddy regularly posts pictures and stories from the road, and you can enjoy them all at Willie Nelson’s website.
Without revealing any secret details about the secret show, Lana Nelson posted this short video of the happy guests’ reaction when they saw who the special guest was:
(I just read about it on the internet.)

WOW!!!! What an exciting party! Wouldn’t that just be the greatest surprise ever?!?!!!!!!!
I would just swoon, if I went and the surprise entertainment was none other than Willie and Family. Those people are soooo lucky!!!
Yeah, who says money can’t buy you love? Or at least happiness for a little while. What a party. If I was a multi-millionaire, that’s what I’d do, too, plan a surprise party and have Willie Nelson & Family play!
If I ever get rich, I hire WN&F too and you are all invited, my friends
