Willie Nelson to open “Roll Me Up and Smoke Me” Smoke Shop in Boulder

Willie Nelson is in talks to open a marijuana café on the pedestrian mall in Boulder, Colorado.  Inspired by title of his recent book and song, “Roll Me Up and Smoke Me (when I die)”,  the new shop will be one of several the country music star plans to open in Colorado and Washington state, where voters recently approved the regulation and taxation of the formerly illegal drug.

The coffee shops, loosely modeled after shops in Amsterdam, will feature live music on the weekends, in addition to over 25  Cannabus Cup award winning strains of marijuana, edibles, pop and ice cream

The Colorado Legislature is working out details of how the sale of the drug will be regulated, and no dates have been announced for the opening of the smoke shops.
