Before his concert opened this year’s Summerfest, KRCG’s Mark Slavit got the chance to visit with the music legend in his bio-diesel powered bus.
Nelson says he loves to play golf and even got a few rounds in at a Columbia public golf course near Cosmo Park.
We played golf yesterday,” said Nelson. “Six or eight of us got out there and swung at it a little bit and had a lot of fun. It’s a nice course. It’s a hard course. We’ve played it before. We know a lot of the folks out there.”
