Paul Martell shared these beautiful pictures of Willie Nelson’s guitar, ‘Trigger.” Paul was the lucky Willie Nelson fan who won the Sirius/XM contest last year, on Willie’s Road House Channel last December, and he got to attend the New Year’s Eve Celebration with Willie Nelson in Austin, at the Austin City Limits. After the show, he shared this:
“I am so blessed to be a guest of the winner of the Sirius Radio Sweepstakes for New Years Eve – and I want to share with others the experience. Let me tell you a bit of history. I began following Willie Nelson when I was 14 years old (37 years ago) When in college, I had an oil portarait done of him with the dream that someday I would get it signed. I have been to 28 Willie concerts before being afforded these two to nights thru the sweepstakes.
Both Sirius radio and ACL treated us like royalty!! An unforgettable life experience. We had a tour of the oodyTtheater and saw the entire facility. Had a meet and greet backstage before the concert and sat sown to a catered meal backstage as well. Front row tickets for both nights. (four seats from centerstage
) Got alot of fantastic pictures and memories. A dream come true.
