Hey, here’s something else to look forward to.

No surprise, but Willie was working hard on his holiday break (just in case you had pictured him spending all his time on the beach in Maui). Daughter Lana Nelson reports at www.WillieNelson.com  that when his tour ended,  Willie went to NYC to record an album of classics, including, but not limited to:

Ain’t Misbehavin’,
Angel Eyes
Paper Moon
I Miss You So
Rain or Shine
The Nearness of You
Because of You
Slow Boat to China
If I had You
I Can’t Give you Anything But Love
On the Street Where You Live
Since I Fell for You
Baby it’s Cold Outside with Norah Jones.

Produced by Tommy LePuma, the project does not have a title yet, but will be released on Blue Note Records.

No release date, but hope it’s soon.
