Peace songs are meant to unite us and bring us close together. This is an important song for us all, and I am honoured to sing this song for the second time.
In this version, I have changed some of the lyrics and I hope you enjoy this cover of Willie and Amy Nelson’s song. I’m very happy to do this song as it reminds us all that there is a peaceful solution.
As an extension from that idea, I have started a Peace Channel at YouTube (GLOBAL CEASE FIRE DAY).
Our aim is to give the children of today something to show them we love them enough, to say we want one day of peace on this earth.
The day we have picked is the 21st of December 2012.
We are asking of all who want Peace to add their voice to our Global Petition by SUBBING 4 PEACE. We also intend to use this channel and our Web Site, to compile the world’s largest petition for peace, as now is the time for us to embrace each other as equals.
