In the HOMEGROWN Village, festivalgoers will explore interactive exhibits and activities that engage all of their senses. Food and farm groups from across the country showcase exhibits about soil, water, energy, food and farming through art, games, and hands-on activities. In the HOMEGROWN Skills area, festivalgoers attend skillshares and demonstrations, celebrate the culture of agriculture and go home with new skills. Farmers, farm activists and festivalgoers come together in the FarmYard to meet and share stories. On the FarmYard Stage farmers and concert artists discuss urgent issues.
Every year we collaborate with local, regional, and national organizations and makers to bring the spirit of farming to our festival. If you’re interested in joining us in the HOMEGROWN Village you can apply now! The deadline for applications is July 18, 2025.
If you’ve participated in the HOMEGROWN Village in the past, please know that this year will look different due to our stadium venue. While we’ll be able to have more people to join us, there will be less space for other aspects of the festival like the HOMEGROWN Village. We will do our best to get as many amazing educational exhibits into the Village as possible.
