Hello there,
I’ll be visiting Austin in April, coming from Germany. I purchased a ticket for Willie Nelson’s show at Bee Cave Backyard, 28th of April, 6pm. Looking at the map I figure I’ll have trouble getting there. I don’t hold a driver’s license, so I can’t rent a car. Buses don’t go there or somewhere near on Sundays, it appears to me. Could you maybe think of any possibilty I could reach someone going there by car or van and giving me a lift? Of course I would take part in gas money.
I will stay in Austin from the 14th of April until the 29th of April, at the AAE Travel Lounge in Midlle Fiskville Road. Any possibility to get from midtown or any northern Austin area to Bee Cave would be welcome. I could make it to any meeting point in the afternoon and any drop off after the concert would be fine, as busses seem to run in town continuously.
I suppose I could make it by pedal bike, but as I’ll leave Austin early the 29th, I won’t be able to return a rented bike that day (I secured one at Barton Springs Bike Rental for the days before).
