Jamey Johnson will headline the Second Annual Ben Dorsey Day Concert on February 4th, at John T. Floore Country Store in Helotes, Texas. There seems to be a group of friends in the music business who care about Ben and care for him, and it’s moving to witness that kind of friendship and community, at it’s finest. Along with Jamey Johnson, Josh Abbott, Even Felker of The Turnpike Troubadours & more will perform. All the artists and crew on this show will be donating their time and talent for free! It promises to be a great show to honor a long time member in the crew.”

I took this picture of Paula Nelson and Ben in Austin, on New Year’s Eve. When I showed Paula the picture, she told me Ben had his hand on her ass when I snapped this photo. Ha. The more things change, the more they stay the same.
