Larry King was on Jay Leno tonight and told a couple jokes.
A man and woman both wanted to take the train from Chicago to LA, but when they went to board the train, Amtrack told them they had over-booked, and that they only had one berth left — that was the only seats remaining. The man and woman both needed to be on that train, so they decided to share the car, even though it was against Amtrack’s policy to book two strangers in same car.
So, the man climbs on to the top bunk, and the woman lays on the bottom bunk. They lay there in silence, while the train moves through the night. Then, the man leans over and says to the woman, “Could you hand me a blanket?”
The woman was silent for a minute, then said. “Look, you are a man, I am a woman. We are complete strangers. We are out here in the middle of nowhere, in the middle of the night. We’ll never see each other again. Why don’t we play husband and wife tonight?”
The man couldn’t believe his good luck. “Yes, let’s do,” he said.
“Then get your own damn blanket,” said the woman.
