Country music giants and longtime buddies Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard and Ray Price reunite for a national tour to support their recent two-disc collaboration, “Last of the Breed.” The veterans shirk contemporary country and embrace the music’s roots, lending blues-laced vocals to songs that are by turns conversational, engaging and just plain fun, as on Harlan Howard’s “Pick Me Up on Your Way Down” and Mickey Newbury’s “Sweet Memories.”
