The changes to SiriusXM Radio have been officially announced. On Wednesday, May 4, SiriusXM’s Willie’s Place channel will join forces with The Roadhouse channel to become Willie’s Roadhouse. The new channel will feature music from Willie Nelson, along with other classic country artists like Merle Haggard, Ray Price, George Jones, Patsy Cline, and Hank William, as well as the Grand Ole Opry.
Sadly, there will be no more Willie Wednesdays. Good news, though, Dallas Wayne will be on air from 12 – 6 weekdays.
The new channel, Willie’s Roadhouse, will be found on channel 56 on both Sirius and XM. This change is part of other changes in the SiriusXM channel update scheduled for May 4th. For more information, visit www.siriusxm.com.
