At a show in Richmond Virginia in 2008, Eva Hassmann joined Willie Nelson and Family onstage at the Richmond, Virginia show (3/18/08). Eva has written a screenplay titled “Willie and Me,” and Willie filmed some scenes for the movie before the concert. She joined him on stage at the National and sang a song she and Willie had written together.
The movie is about a girl who wants to see Willie’s last concert, and comes to Texas from Germany to see him.
