SILVER SPRINGS – Willie Nelson is coming to the Silver Springs attraction on Saturday, and he won’t be the only singer in his so-called family band.

Bobbie Nelson, Willie’s sister, just released her first album at the age of 76. She’s two years older than Willie and has been playing keyboards in his band for the past 35 years.

The album is called “Autobiography,” and, according to Willie, his sister’s recording debut is “long overdue.”

Says Bobbie: “I’m thrilled, it’s a wonderful experience.”

Bobbie Nelson talked to the Star-Banner and a story on her and Willie’s relationship is planned for in Friday’s paper.
