It was another warm, familiar, sweet love fest with Willie last night at the BackYard, in Bee Cave, TX. His fans love him. He loves his fans. Everyone seeing him for the first time leaves a fan. I’ve been lucky enough to seei Willie Nelson & Family around the country, but there is always something special about spending an evening with Willie and his fans in Texas. Twenty Years Willie has been playing the Back Yard, and last night’s concert was a genuine celebration of all the music, the musicians, the hard-working BackYard team, and all the fans. Everyone has made this happen, and it is a Texas treasure.
