The Mississippie State University Riley Center, in Meridan, Mississippi, has announced that Willie Nelson and Family will perform at the Riley Center on May 5, 2011. The announcement was made as part of the second half of the Center’s 2011 concert series. Also included in their lineup for the rest of 2011: Randy Travis, Bruce Hornsby, Shelby Lynn, Robert Earl Keen, the 40th Anniversary Tour of the band, America, and Mavis Staples.
Current season-ticket holders will get the first chance at tickets with the opportunity to keep their current seats, from January 11 through January 21. Others who want to buy new season tickets get a one-week exclusive opportunity on January 24-28. Next, they offer sales of “Pick 3” ticket packages, which allow patrons to select three or more shows at a discounted price, begin January 31. Finally, on February 7, all tickets go on sale, including individual tickets for every show in the series.
