Mexico, 18 may 2010 – Carlos Santana, Ramón Ayala, Willie Nelson and other artists are part of the Latin cast singing “Yes you can”, a tribute song to immigrants in the United States, including a charity album.
The song is part of “Project of love”, reminiscent of the trade unionist César Chávez, who was a known character disk between the American Latino community, today reported the Hermes Music Foundation, which sponsors the project.
“You” will be released on May 31, while the disk will be on sale in September or October, the benefits will go driving Foundation and Dolores Huerta, close to Chávez activist.
The title is a phrase coined by Chávez, commonly used in meetings and demonstrations of the Latino community in the us in striving for obtaining rights and a comprehensive immigration reform.

César Chávez (1927-1993), born in Yuma, Arizona, began working in the field and over the decades, became a prominent leader for the rights of peasants. He founded the National Association of agricultural workers with Dolores Huerta.
In the United States there are an estimated 12 million Mexicans who have migrated, half of them in an irregular migratory situation.
