www.TMZ.com spoke with Willie Nelson’s defense attorney Joe Turner, about his recent arrest and charge of possession of marijuana in Texas.
Turner said he wanted Willie’s fans to know he was in good hands, and that they plan to fight his recent charges. He said that once got Willie off of a posessions charge in 1994 after arguing that the police had performed an illegal search of Willie’s car. Turner wouldn’t reveal his defense to TMZ, but insists that he’s trying to “produce another miracle.”
