Congrulations to Willie Nelson for his nomination for his ‘Country Music’ album. CBS hosted a grammy nominations show, just in case there weren’t enough marathon award shows on television already. I watched (listened really) to a little bit of it, but missed the announcement that Willie Nelson’s ‘Country Music’ album was nominated for Best Americana Album. I’m disappointed the Willie Nelson/Nora Jones’ rendition of “Baby, it’s cold outside’ didn’t get nominated, but I’ve learned to live with my grammy disappointments (I mean, why didn’t Willie Nelson’s ‘Songs of Cindy Walker’ win a grammy? I mean, seriously.)
